Please read these terms carefully before booking with us.

By booking a tour with Spark Travels & Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in-person.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm any booking
  • Full payment must be made at least 7 days before departure for domestic tours and 14 days for international tours
  • Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to currency fluctuation or airline surcharges

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund
  • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

3. Itinerary Changes

Spark Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, government advisories, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternatives of equal value will be provided.

4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all international tours. We are not liable for losses due to theft, illness, or flight delays.

5. Passport & Visa

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity. Visa rejections are beyond our control; however, we will assist in re-application.

6. Code of Conduct

All travelers are expected to respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers. Spark Travels reserves the right to remove any traveler whose behavior is disruptive.

7. Liability

Spark Travels & Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for acts of God, civil unrest, or third-party service failures.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
